Terms of Service

Outfith AI provides AI-powered virtual try-on and outfit suggestions. You upload images, our system processes them with third-party AI providers, and returns generated images or styling ideas. Results are approximations and may not reflect the exact fit, color or texture of a real garment.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Generations are paid for with credits. New accounts receive a few free credits and more can be purchased as one-time packages. A credit is charged only when a generation completes successfully.

Purchased credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once used. Prices are shown in USD and handled by our payment provider.

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• shows a person whose photo you have no right to use;
• shows minors in try-on or styling generations;
• is sexual, nude, violent, hateful or harassing;
• impersonates, defames or misleads about a real person;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• breaks any applicable law.

You also agree not to abuse the platform: no scraping, reselling access, reverse engineering, bypassing credit limits or disrupting the service.

You keep ownership of the images you upload and grant us a limited license to process, store and display them in order to provide the service. Generated images are yours for personal use, and you remain responsible for how you share them.

The service is provided "as is". We depend on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality or the accuracy of styling advice. Features may change or be discontinued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for purchasing decisions you make based on generated images. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the platform. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data.
