Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email, name (if provided), language and theme preference, and credit balance.
• Images: the photos of yourself and the garment images you upload, plus the generated results.
• Usage data: generation history, timestamps and basic technical logs needed to run and debug the service.
• Payment data: purchase records (package, amount, status). Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider.

When you start a try-on or a styling suggestion, your images are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI providers, which generate the result and return it to the app. Processing happens only when you trigger a generation.

Your photos are never used to train our own models, never sold, and never shown to other users. Access to stored files is limited to your own account.

Uploaded images and generated results are stored so you can view them in your history and download them later. They remain until you delete them or delete your account. Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and for a limited period afterwards where required for accounting or legal reasons.

We share only what is necessary with providers acting on our behalf: our hosting and database platform, our AI generation providers, and our payment processor. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with access controls. Records are scoped to your account, so other users cannot read your images or history. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid uploading sensitive images you would not want stored.

• Delete individual generations from your history at any time.
• Request a copy of your data, or full deletion of your account and images.
• Change your language, theme and profile details on your profile page.

Outfith AI is not intended for children under 16, and photos of minors must not be uploaded for generation.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
